City of Wolverhampton's fourth annual Housing Fair will take place on Saturday, May 11.
The free Housing Fair will be hosted for the very first time at the Mander Centre, Dudley Street, between 9am and 5pm.
It will see around 20 exhibitors, including house builders, private landlords, mortgage advisers, estate agents, solicitors, and registered housing providers.
City of Wolverhampton Council's Rent with Confidence, Affordable Warmth, and Housing Improvement teams will also be on hand.
Help and advice will be available on buying your first home, downsizing, improving your existing property, renting privately, and shared ownership. The event is being sponsored by WV Living, the city council’s own housing company.
Visitors will also be able to take advantage of WV Living’s ‘early bird’ offer on their developments at Sweet Briary in Ettingshall and Peascroft in Bilston, where a selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses are available, with prices starting at £140,950. People will have the chance to secure a plot from the development plans for just £100.
Sweet Briary consists of 19 properties for sale and Peascroft will have 17 properties for sale. Details will also be available of new homes coming soon on The Marches, WV Living’s latest development now starting on site at Lakefield Road in Wednesfield.

There will also be a free prize draw at the Housing Fair, with two £50 high street vouchers up for grabs.
