We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Land and Planning to join the WV Living team.
The Business
Based in Wolverhampton, WV Living was established in 2016 by City of Wolverhampton Council as a house builder to deliver high quality open market housing in the city, and where possible address derelict council owned opportunities.
The foundation of WV Living has always been to provide choice and offer local people the opportunity to buy high-quality, good value homes.

We endeavour to tackle new build sites deemed to be commercially unviable by other developers, historically this has resulted in them remaining vacant and derelict for several years. These sites will provide additional housing supply for the city and deliver 25% affordable housing wherever commercially possible.
WV Living’s aim is to provide high quality new homes in desirable surroundings, which have been constructed in a socially responsible manner. A sustainable approach to construction is not just beneficial for the environment; it makes commercial sense and brings benefits to our workforce, customers, shareholder, and the local community. As we embark on a period of ambitious growth, with an aim to deliver approximately 200 homes per annum, we want to know if you want to join us on our journey?
