We’re a Wolverhampton-based and Wolverhampton-focused house building company that designs affordable and desirable homes across the city on well-positioned sites. Our mission is “to design and build homes you will love”.
Established in 2016, we have completed on several developments, from our very first homes at ‘Danesmore Pastures’ on Ashmore Park, to ‘Peascroft’ in Prouds Lane, ‘Sweet Briary’ in Ettingshall, ‘Leasowes Farm’ on Langley Road, ‘The Glade’ on Warstones Drive, ‘Vicarage View’ on Vicarage Road, The Marches on Lakefield Road, and The Hampton on Northwood Park Road.
We are currently building 34 new homes for sale, comprising a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom properties designed to meet the needs of modern families. All homes at Pear Tree Lane will be fitted with electric vehicle charging points and built to modern energy-efficient standards.
