The event will take place on Sunday 18 March and is part of Residents Programme #livelearnworkwolves
It follows on the success of last year's inaugural event when more than 550 visitors dropped in for help and advice.
The free Housing Fair will again be hosted at Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Lichfield Street, WV1 1DU, between 11am and 3.30pm.
It will see around 20 exhibitors, including house builders, private landlords, mortgage advisers, estate agents, solicitors, and registered housing providers.
City of Wolverhampton Council's Rent with Confidence, Affordable Warmth, and Housing Improvement teams will also be on hand.
Help and advice will be available on buying your first home, downsizing, improving your existing property, and renting privately.
The event is being sponsored by WV Living, the city council's own housing company.
Visitors can take advantage of WV Living's 'early bird' offer on their first development, Danesmore Pastures in Ashmore Park, giving people the chance to secure a plot from the development plan for just £125.
Danesmore Pastures will have 38 properties for sale ranging from 2 to 4 bedroom homes.
Councillor Peter Bilson, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for City Assets and Housing, said: "If you are looking to find the right home in the City of Wolverhampton, then come along to this free event and speak directly to the people who can help you.
"Supporting residents into housing, jobs, and improving the health and wellbeing of local people are top priorities for the city.
"Last year the first Housing Fair proved a popular addition to our Residents' Programme offer."
There will also be a free prize draw at the Housing Fair, with two £50 high street vouchers up for grabs.
The Housing Fair is just one of a range of free events taking place in the city from Wednesday 14 March to Saturday 31 March to support local people to get support with living, learning and working in the City of Wolverhampton. For more information please visit Live Learn Work.
